CORPORATE WORK:

We would be happy to discuss either individual mentoring sessions with staff at management level or teams which may be facing new challenges within the organization.

Our initial discussion is free of charge and we will be happy to design a program for you.

WORKSHOPS:

We can tailor a workshop which is participative incorporating adult learning principles. Costs include initial discussion, preparation of project materials, running the group session and evaluation.

Ongoing structured mentoring sessions for individuals would be negotiated as required

PERSONAL / RESULTS COACHING:

There is an initial discussion at no charge to ascertain if the person really understands what coaching can offer them, and for both the coach and the potential client to decide if they want to proceed with the coaching partnership.
